Will you be restocking “x”?

As items are all authentic or repurposed from authentic, there are limitations on quantities available and restocks of specific items are not guaranteed. Restocks will vary depending on availability in the second hand market.

 

What kind of packaging will my order come in?

All orders will come in a New Found Luxe original jewelry box. Orders are beautifully packaged and appropriate for gifting if you choose to do so. If you would like to include a gift message card, please email us at newfoundluxe@outlook.com with details as soon as your order is placed.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

To extend the life of your new jewelry piece:
- Allow perfume or creams to dry before wearing
- Remove when entering water or working out
- Avoid sleeping with your jewelry
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth
- Store in a dry place

 

Do you offer repairs?

If your New Found Luxe piece experiences damage, we are happy to repair if possible. Please email us at newfoundluxe@outlook.com with photos of the damage and a brief description. 

  

Do you accept custom orders?

As all Re-Loved items are hand made, it may be possible to customize an existing item. We are also open to sourcing a custom item, either as a Pre-Loved item or to repurpose as a Re-Loved item, subject to availability.
